Customer Care and Emotional Intelligence (UASC-CCEI)

This short course will introduce attendees to the benefits of customer service and teach them how to initiate, maintain and administer the contact with customers. In addition, attendees will learn how to identify customer complaints and assist in solving their problems using effective communication and emotional intelligence.

Candidates who complete this course will be able to:

  • explain the benefits of customer liaison
  • initiate and maintain contact with a range of customers
  • administer contact with a range of customers
  • identify the customer`s problem and commit to finding a solution
  • communicate with all stakeholders using emotional intelligence
  • provide practical business solutions.
